Question: Discuss about the Strategic Planning Team of the Orgnisation. Answer: Introduction on Strategic planning team: Strategic planning team is the developmental and planning process that eventually helps in setting the vision for driving better result. The one at the highest authority is responsible for marking the role and position of different members in the team. A strategic team should ideally consist of 6 to 10 members. The head or the CEO of the team should be responsible for assigning different jobs to the members of the team (Floros, 2015). The strategic team should also have an operating manager who shall It has to be understood that every single member has some unique role to play. This is the reason that the CEO must ensure that each member is assigned with particular job and responsibility. Employees often come up with various planning approaches that are outstanding in nature and thus, if their ideas are incorporated in the strategic planning, it shall bring better business ideas into action. For a healthy strategic planning, it is important to carry out small meetings from time to time (Haines, 2016). The strategic manager shall come up with better planning with proper time managing strategies to carry out the overall activity of the business operation.
